Jakarta Martial Arts Academy (JAMAC) is located at Gedung Laser Game 2nd Floor, Jalan Kemang Raya No. 16 A, Jakarta. We can be called as a martial arts gym. You can choose from several different types of martial arts to suits your needs which with us, you would be guided by a professional and experience trainer.Type of ClassesThere are two types of class that you can choose :Regular Class :You are going to be trained in a “Semi-Private Class” (a small class consist of maximum 10 partisipants)Private Class :· One on OneIf you want to have a more intensive martial arts training but you find it difficult to catch up with our class schedule, then this type of class would suit you best. You would be helped by our trainer to set up your goal and training schedule.· Group TrainingGroup Training is also available for you who wants to have a practice with your closest friends. A recent survey shows that those who do the work out together with their friends get more maximum result than those who do it individually. You and your friends together with our Trainer could also set your own training schedule to meet your needs.Instead of those Martial Arts Classes and programs as mentioned above, we also have special programs for you who wants to build and maintain your endurance and flexibility in a more challenging formats, such as :· Cardio and Fitness Program· Conditioning Program
