Jakarta Events is an initiative of several expats living in Jakarta.
Since there are so many things to do here, we are trying to make a complete list of events in Jakarta.

We started working on this idea since the end of 2006. Right now we have more than 700 backlinks from other websites and around 800 visits a day.
We have a good search engine results page (SERP) on search engines like Google.
We also have a daily newsletter that contains today’s events.
This newsletter will be emailed to all of our members, which counts more then 600 now.

In order to get events and update them will cost money.
We need to hire marketing staff to get events from pubs, bars, restaurants, cultural and business associations and update them daily on the website to provide expats with accurate updated information.
To cover our costs, we ask establishments that want to place their events on Jakarta-events.com the fees are:

- Rp. 800.000,- per year
- Rp. 450.000,- per 6 months
- Rp. 250.000,- per 3 months

As a partner you get the following:

1. Jakarta events listing page where users can rate and review your establishment and grade you from 1 – 10 (new).
2. Google maps listing.
3. Daily, weekly & monthly updated events. It doesn’t matter how many events you have, we will place in on our website including a picture (flyer) of the event.
4. Exposure to about 800 expatriates/tourists visiting the sites daily.
5. Exposure to our members that signed up to receive our daily newsletter.
