The house is located in an exclusive cluster at sector 9 Bintaro Jaya area with a modern, tight security systems and ECOmmunity approaches, where everything is designed to follow green environment. There are 4 layer of security system. The most outer area is protected by Indonesian Police force stations in every gate of Bintaro Jaya. The second layer is a security station under private security company in front of Puri Bintaro cluster (ID card checking). The third layer is a station in front of Taman Puri Bintaro sub-cluster. While convenient to Jakarta, Bintaro is outside Central Jakarta, therefore it has better air quality, low humidity, less pollution, lower temperature and is quieter. The distance is no longer the matter despite being outside of Central jakarta, Bintaro is connected by JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road) allowing for a short 40 minutes commute. The JORR toll gate is located just in front of the cluster.

The JORR is inter-connected with several toll roads:

- Jagorawi toll road (to Puncak and Bogor)
- Cikampek toll road (to Bandung)
- Merak toll road (to Anyer Beach, via Raya Serpong)
- Cilincing toll road (to Tanjung Priok Seaport)
- Cengkareng toll road (to International Airport, completed 2010)
- Jakarta Inner-City Ring Road to reach every part of Jakarta city.


In Jakarta, it is only Bintaro Jaya, the housing complex with inter-connection toll roads such above. It takes only 5 minutes to Pondok Indah or 40 minutes to Kuningan, Sudirman or Thamrin area (where most of Embassies and offices are located) .

Although it not a favorable mode of transport yet, however, the area is also very close to the City-Trains stations managed by PJKA (a government company). There are 3 stations around the area, you can choose, i.e. Pondok Ranji Station, Jurangmangu Station and Sudimara Station. The Jakarta City-trains provides scheduled trains (air conditioned) from morning to the evening connecting you v.v. between Bintaro and Jakarta City (Tanah Abang Station and Dukuh Bawah station at Jl Sudirman, Jl Thamrin and Jl Kuningan). It takes 25 minutes to reach the city.

In 2009, the Bintaro Jaya management will take over the operation of Jakarta city-trains from the government to provide more reliable service to the residents.

Beside the trains, since 2004 the Bintaro Jaya management has also provided an hourly air conditioned bus service from early morning to evening to connect people from Bintaro Jaya to Pondok Indah and Senayan busway stop at Ratu Plaza (Jl Sudirman). From there, busway connection will connect you every where in Jakarta.

Finally, while you do not need to face Jakarta's well known traffic jam, you can stay here in greener, fresher and quieter environment. You can also give your family good and secure neighborhood as well as entertaining your self with swimming and fitness anytime, everyday in just walking distance.
